Release of Liability

To reserve your hunt, do the following:
1. Click on "Make down payment." Have your credit card ready to put down deposit through the secure Pay Pal site.
2. Print client information sheet and fax to 615-451-9771
3. Print liability form ,sign it and fax to 615-451-9771

Hunt Amounts:

Bear $2900 ($1000 deposit, balance of $1900 due by March 1st )

Make your bear hunt down payment.

Deer $4500 ($1000 deposit, payment due March 1st = $1750.00, balance of $1750 due September 1st )

Make your down payment for your deer hunt.
